TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is arranging Swedish-language early childhood education and pre-primary education services for children in accordance with the Act on Early Childhood Education for children for the City of Kerava for the period 1.8.2027–31.7.2030. The procurement includes one (1) two (2)-year option period for 1.8.2030–31.7.2032. The need for the service to be provided in autumn 2027 is 30 calculated Swedish-language early childhood education places, including the Swedish-language children’s early childhood education and pre-primary education. The contracting authority shall provide information on the preliminary places to the service provider in writing by 30 April. The number may change by operating season. Places are purchased annually as needed. The contract does not include any minimum obligation to purchase places. The service must be provided on weekdays during the hours 06:00–18:00. At the start of the contract period, the service is arranged in the premises designated by the contracting authority at Taimikatu 6, 04260, Kerava.
