The subject of the procurement is the Ruovesi rescue and emergency services station as a rental acquisition on a plot of land designated by the City of Ruovesi. The lessor will construct the leased premises so that the lessor bears the costs of the design, construction, and maintenance of the leased premises. The lessor will be compensated for the costs in the form of rent agreed in the lease agreements. The supplier selected for the project is the party undertaking the construction project, the investor, the developer, the main contractor and the lessor, as well as the holder of the property and the owner of the building. The Wellbeing Services County of Pirkanmaa (Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialue) will act as the tenant and user for at least 20 years.
