TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the lease procurement of the Ruovesi fire and emergency medical services station for a plot of land designated by the City of Ruovesi. The lessor shall construct the leased premises so that the lessor is responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of the leased premises at the lessor’s own expense. The lessor receives compensation for the costs in the form of the rent agreed in the lease agreements. The provider selected for the project is a party undertaking the construction project, an investor, a construction developer, a main contractor and the lessor, as well as the holder of the property and the owner of the building. The Pirkanmaa Wellbeing Services County will act as the tenant and user for at least 20 years.
