TENDER DESCRIPTION

Metsähallitus will competitively tender for the renovation of the Ruunaniemi jetty and other structures in the area in the Kajaani region in accordance with this tender request and its appendices. The contract includes the complete renewal of the jetty structure, dismantling and removal of the old structure with all associated ancillary equipment, construction of a walkway bridge with a timber structure, construction of a crushed-stone surfaced path, and refurbishment of the parking area. The contract includes, as an option, the removal of two small buildings at Ruunaniemi. If the option is used, the contractor will be informed separately. This is a lump-sum contract implemented at a total price, and the general terms and conditions of building contracts YSE 1998 (RT 16–10660) shall be complied with in the contract.
