TENDER DESCRIPTION
A framework agreement for the provision of towing measures within the city area of Bochum is to be concluded for the period from 01.03.2027 to 28.02.2030, with an option to extend for one year. The provision of towing measures is an important task of traffic monitoring in order to contribute to road safety in the city area of Bochum. The contract volume cannot be determined precisely in advance. The scope of the issued towing orders is subject to fluctuations. In the years 2024 to 2026, on average around 3,100 towing measures per year were initiated (empty runs, empty runs “in and out unhooked”, towing runs).
