TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Munich (Landeshauptstadt München) requires modern, high-performance, ergonomic and reliable office printers for the municipal directorates and municipal enterprises, together with the maintenance service included in the purchase price for a term of 36 months, maintenance on a cost-incurred basis outside the maintenance service included in the purchase price, as well as the provision and maintenance of fleet management software and disposal. The subject matter of the contract consists of one lot. A framework agreement with an economic operator is to be concluded for a contract term of 24 months (optional extension by 24 months) from the award date; however, the earliest contract start date is 01.04.2027. During the entire contract term, the contracting authority expects the following estimated quantity: - expected 3,000 office printers for monochrome printing There is a maximum limit in the form of a maximum value amounting to: 973,800.00 € net plus VAT.
