TENDER DESCRIPTION

The state capital Munich needs modern, high-performance, ergonomic and reliable office printers for the municipal directorates and special-purpose entities, as well as the associated maintenance service included in the purchase price for a term of 36 months, maintenance on a time-and-materials basis outside the maintenance service included in the purchase price, and the provision and care of a fleet management software as well as the disposal. The subject matter of the contract consists of one lot. A framework agreement is to be concluded with an economic operator for a contract term of 24 months (optional extension by 24 months) from the date of award; however, the earliest contract start date is 01.04.2027.
