TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this framework agreement is services for on-site expert quality control for building construction projects (new build, refurbishment and serial or modular construction). The services relate to building construction projects in the Berlin area, in particular in the segment: - senior citizens’ apartments, - students’ apartments, - employees’ apartments, as well as, additionally, commercial space and day-care centres for children (day nurseries). The services are carried out in the form of sample-based, independent quality inspections during construction, starting from the ground slab or foundations up to the handover of the building, with the aim of ensuring execution quality, identifying defects at an early stage, and reducing defects at the time of acceptance.
