TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the framework agreement is the procurement of support and consulting services in change management, change communication, and the further development of the corporate culture. The aim is to support internal responsible parties in planning, implementing and further developing measures to promote a positive corporate culture, and in providing professional support for change projects. The services are called off as required; a specific time period cannot be specified. There is no entitlement to acceptance of the service. The following order quantities per contract year are assumed: - Order quantity per contract year: approx. 160 person-days Otherwise, reference is made to the provisions of Annex 2 to the contract – specifications. The contract term begins with the award at the earliest, but no earlier than 19.01.2027, and initially lasts twelve months (minimum contract term), unless terminated earlier. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract three times by one year each (optional contract periods).
