TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the framework agreement is the procurement of support and consulting services in change management, change communication, and the further development of the corporate culture. The aim is to support internal responsible parties in the planning, implementation and further development of measures to promote a positive corporate culture, as well as in the professional support of change projects. The services are called off as required; a specific period of time cannot be stated. There is no entitlement to acceptance of the service. The following contract quantities per contract year are assumed: - Contract quantity per contract year: approx. 160 person-days Otherwise, reference is made to the provisions of Annex 2 to the contract - Terms of Reference. The contract term begins with the award, at the earliest, but no earlier than 19.01.2027, and, unless terminated earlier, initially lasts for twelve months (minimum contract term).
