RV Hosting & Domainverwaltung

The contract is intended to start on January 1, 2027, with an initial end date of December 31, 2027, making its initial duration 12 months. The framework agreement allows for five extensions, each for a period of 12 months, provided there is no written termination three months prior to the end of the contract term. However, the contract will end no later than December 31, 2032, or upon reaching a total maximum budgetary limit of 600,000.00 Euro (net). Any specified deadlines will be extended if there are delays related to the process.

• Hosting, administration, and backup of websites owned by Berlin Partner für Wirtschaft und Technologie GmbH.
• Technical support for the servers of the listed websites.
• Provision of necessary hardware and software licenses.
• Provision of a Matomo server for evaluating hosted pages, with full administrative control for Berlin Partner personnel.
• Provision of carrier-independent, redundant internet connections (>=10 Gigabit).
• Monitoring of functionality using a recognized monitoring system (e.g., PRTG, Nagios).
• Operation, maintenance, and backup of at least four dedicated MySQL servers for production, two for development, and at least one Postgres-SQL server, all with SSD-based storage.

• Provision of pricing for two categories of new web presences (static and dynamic) including live and development systems and SSL certificates, if they exceed the capacity of the main hosting package.
• Adherence to fundamental requirements, such as no more than 4 virtual servers per physical server, a development server copy for each production server, and databases not being directly accessible from the internet.
• Consideration for flexible and scalable values, especially for high-traffic websites like Berlin-Fashionweek.
