TENDER DESCRIPTION
The invitation to tender for the framework agreement pursues the objective of enabling, during the term of the contract, the expansion of the existing IT infrastructure; within the scope of lifecycle management, replacing components that are technically or economically obsolete; and, in addition, the supply of original HPE products. The services include the delivery, consulting and maintenance of HPE products in the area of IT infrastructure, servers, storage, cloud, or the provision of HPE software (including leased software), as well as related services. Installation and configuration services as well as measures to establish operational readiness are not explicitly part of the scope of this invitation to tender unless they are listed in the price schedule or form part of the positions in the price schedule or of the included maintenance service.
