TENDER DESCRIPTION
The tender for the framework agreement pursues the objective of enabling, during the contract period, an extension of the existing IT infrastructure, including the replacement of components under lifecycle management that are technically or economically outdated, and in addition the supply of original HPE products. The services include the delivery, advice and maintenance of HPE products in the field of IT infrastructure, servers, storage, cloud- related services, or the provision of HPE software (including rental software), as well as related services. Installation and configuration services and measures to ensure operational readiness are not explicitly part of the tender, unless they are listed in the price schedule or are part of the positions in the price schedule or the included maintenance service. If needed, these measures are commissioned separately by the contracting authority.
