TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Information on the construction measure 1.1. General description: The Julius-Leber barracks comprise an area of approx. 98 ha with approx. 180 buildings and halls used for different purposes. The buildings are predominantly used as administrative, accommodation, storage and workshop buildings. The JLK was erected in the years 1934-1936 and, as an ensemble, is subject to listed-building protection. - Client/Users: Federal Ministry of Defence, represented by the Federal Office for Building and Spatial Planning. - Building use: The buildings of the Julius-Leber barracks are used as administrative buildings, accommodation buildings, storage and workshop buildings. - Type of construction measure: The type of construction measure involves construction projects.
