TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract term begins with the award of the contract and ends automatically after 24 months. The estimated annual volume is 59,000.00 EUR. Maximum 4 years If the award volume of 236,000.00 EUR is reached before the end of the contract, this contract ends early with the last call-off order that exhausts the volume. The individual call-offs/orders under the framework agreement are carried out mainly by GSI, and by FAIR GmbH. For compliance with all contractual rights and obligations, the requesting entity entitled to place call-offs is responsible. However, upon conclusion of this framework agreement, the respective contracting authorities assume no obligation whatsoever to place further orders/call-offs. Only when individual call-offs/orders are placed do the contracting authorities assume an acceptance obligation in the amount of the quantities of pieces requested for the respective order/call-off. All pipes and accessories are, as a rule, delivered within 10 working days after the call-off/order. Partial deliveries are welcome at any time.
