TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract term begins upon award and automatically ends after 24 months. The estimated annual volume is 59,000.00 EUR. Maximum 4 years If the procurement volume of 236,000.00 EUR is reached before the end of the contract, this contract ends early with the last call-off made. The individual call-offs/orders under the framework agreement are made mainly by GSI and FAIR GmbH. The requesting entity is solely responsible for compliance with all contractual rights and obligations. However, upon conclusion of this framework agreement, the respective contracting authorities assume no obligation whatsoever for further orders/call-offs. Only when individual call-offs/orders are placed do the contracting authorities undertake a acceptance obligation for the quantities of items requested for the respective order/call-off. All pipes and accessories are, as a rule, delivered within 10 working days after call-off/order placement. Partial deliveries are welcome at any time. The contractual provisions for performance are based on the tendered contract and the VOL/B.
