TENDER DESCRIPTION
Conclusion of a framework agreement for the procurement of LowCode OutSystems licences, services, application development and training. The framework agreement is intended to enable the procurement of all OutSystems products and versions via licence models and, in addition, to include services to support the installation and configuration of the platform as well as to include management, development and implementation of applications and interfaces. The contract term is initially two years (24 months). The contracting authority may extend the term twice, each time by a further one year (12 months); the maximum total term is therefore four years (48 months). The contract is concluded upon award.
