TENDER DESCRIPTION

The intended subject of this procurement is a four-year framework agreement for the supply of mobile compressed-air generators with internal combustion engines for the standard-compliant compression of breathing air and filling of compressed gas cylinders for respiratory protection equipment. The devices must ensure a maximum permissible operating pressure of 330 bar and an air delivery rate of at least 320 l/min in accordance with DIN 1945, and must have filling connections for 3 x PN 300 bar and 1 x PN 200 bar. The scope of performance is intended to include up to 55 compressed-air generators including accessories, a test device for breathing air quality, the initial spare-parts requirement, and material documentation, as well as up to 9 training courses for operation, care, and maintenance. Upon award of the contract, six devices and one training course are to be placed on a fixed basis; up to 49 additional devices and eight additional training courses are planned as demand-based order services.
