TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of browser-based and modern cemetery management software as an on-premise solution for the customers of Komm.ONE/civillent GmbH, with which the day-to-day business arising in cemetery administration can be handled efficiently and without errors, and that the administration and organisation of all cemetery-specific processes is optimised. The offered solution is to be operated by the Contracting Authority as an Application Service Providing (ASP). The Contracting Authority provides it centrally as Software as a Service (SaaS) for its own customers in a multi-tenant-capable architecture. The service also includes 3rd-level support and training for internal application support. The provider grants Komm.ONE the exclusive right of sale for new customers in the home market in Baden-Württemberg. Komm.ONE pursues a dual sales strategy: the product is to be offered both to its own sponsors and, through cooperatives, for example "govdigital eG". The service is advertised as a framework agreement in a negotiated procedure with a participation competition.
