TENDER DESCRIPTION

Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH intends to tender a framework contract for civil engineering works. The services are to be provided in the course of maintenance/repair of existing facilities and for new-build projects. The services under the framework contract are structured into the following trades: • preparatory works, including demolition and explosive ordnance probing • earthworks • construction of paved traffic areas (layer structure as the superstructure [concrete and asphalt], substructure and subgrade) • drainage systems • civil engineering works for supply and disposal systems • technical equipment The framework contract is to be structured as a unit-price contract consisting of unit prices (and, where applicable, partial lump sums) on the basis of a bill of quantities, without a price escalation clause for materials and labour.
