TENDER DESCRIPTION

The takeover of certain tours is tendered for operation using one vehicle staffed with two loaders and 1 driver, for the collection and transportation of residual waste, biowaste and PPK. The regular deployment is planned for 5 days per week (20 days per month). In addition, extra deployment days may be required for sick leave or holiday replacement, as needed and if possible for the contractor. The tours that are tendered are expected to be in the disposal area on a monthly basis: 10 biowaste tours, 8 PPK tours and 2 residual waste tours. The exact tours will be handed over to the contractor upon commissioning. For the maximum quantity, +20% is set with regard to the deployment days. CleanVehiclesProcAct (SaubFahrzeugBeschG): as part of contract performance, at least 15% of the vehicles used must be deployed that comply with the requirements of the Act on the procurement of clean road vehicles. The client (AG) points out that this requirement can also be met by using alternative non-fossil diesel fuels such as HVO100. Proof of refuelling with alternative fuels or the use of alternative vehicles is to be provided upon request with suitable evidence.
