TENDER DESCRIPTION

The frozen food in the 20 Bochum daycare centers is served to the children as a lunch menu. The catering must be child-appropriate, comprehensive, balanced, and free from genetically modified foods. To ensure variety, whole foods and vegetarian dishes should be offered. The age of the children ranges between 1 and 14 years. Based on a contract period of 2 years, there are approximately 620,000 meals in total; a meal consists of one or more menu components; the number of menu components per meal is approximately 2 to 3 times multiplied. The delivery to the daycare centers must be made on demand by the respective head of the daycare center once weekly at a freely agreed time. This must also be ensured for the smaller facilities. The delivery day is determined by mutual agreement. If the delivery day falls on a public holiday, the delivery must be arranged for one day before or after the holiday upon consultation. Orders must be placed no later than 2 working days before the delivery day. Ordering of individual menu components as well as individual composition must be possible.
