TENDER DESCRIPTION

The frozen food in the 20 Bochum daycare centers will be served to the children as a lunch menu. The catering must be child-appropriate, comprehensive, balanced, and free of genetically modified foods. To ensure variety, both wholesome food and vegetarian dishes should be offered. The age of the children ranges from 1 to 14 years. Based on 2 contract years, there will be a total of approximately 620,000 meals; one meal consists of one or more menu components; the number of menu components per meal is approximately 2 to 3 times that amount. Delivery to the daycare centers is to be made weekly on call by the respective daycare manager, at a flexible time. This must also be ensured for the smaller facilities. The delivery day will be agreed mutually. If the delivery day is a public holiday, delivery shall take place one day before or after the holiday by arrangement.
