TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with an estimated volume (basic order) of 4,670.01 MWh. Data are indicative. 2. CPV code: 09300000-2 - Electric, thermal, solar and nuclear energy 09310000-5 – Electricity 3. Number of metering systems settling electricity consumption: 367 units. 4. Metering systems are adapted to the supplier change procedure. 5. A detailed description of the metering points (MP) is provided by the contracting authority in Annex 1a to the Terms of Reference. 6. Supplies will be made from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027; details regarding delivery dates for individual metering points are described in Annex 1a to the Terms of Reference, column "Delivery Period". 7. Currently binding electricity supply contracts will expire or be terminated with effect on the day preceding the planned supply start date ("Delivery Period" column). The obligation to terminate contracts rests with the contracting authorities (consumers). 8.
