TENDER DESCRIPTION
Following an existing contract with 1&1 Versatel, this procedure is used to tender for a new external provider for the provision and operation of the data centre (RZ) connections in order to maintain service operations. The term of the contract to be concluded is four years, with extension options for two further periods of one year each. The contracting authority (AG) or contractual partner will be the State of Brandenburg, represented by the Ministry of Justice and for Digitalisation, which in turn is represented by ZIT-BB. Further details regarding the subject matter of the service are regulated in the service specification, Part B, and its annexes.
