Lot 01 - Demolition work The subject of this invitation to tender are the preparatory demolition and dismantling works in the basement of building E. This includes in particular: · Dismantling existing floor coverings and skirting boards, · Demolition of wall and floor tiles, · Dismantling suspended ceilings and their substructures, · Demolition of non-load-bearing and marked solid partition walls, · Dismantling step platforms and their fittings, · Removal of doors, door frames and sanitary partition walls, · Dismantling of other structural installations, · Removal of hazardous substances present in the building elements according to the positions provided for this purpose, · Separation, transport away and disposal of the generated materials.
