TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of services of this contract is environmental process management for the S 8 Marchfeld Expressway in the section from interchange S 1/S 8 to ASt Gänserndorf/Obersiebenbrunn (West section).<br /><br />The objective of the services is completion with the phase of an ongoing UVP (environmental impact assessment) permit notice complaint procedure in the submission project phase, including all required project modification procedures and (special subject) authorities procedures and any appeal procedures before the Federal Administrative Court (BVwG) and further legal remedies procedures.
