TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the tender is transport services on the routes of the S-Bahn Stuttgart as well as two regional trains (RB64 "Teckbahn" and RB11 "Schusterbahn"). The scope of services is expected to amount to a total of approximately 14.3 million train kilometres per full timetable year (base offer), plus optional services totaling approximately 2.9 million train kilometres, as well as a corridor for service changes of +/- 25% of the base offer at marginal cost. The start of operations is expected on 10.12.2034.
