TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement has been announced: Saare County, Saaremaa Rural Municipality, Orissaare-Saikla feeder reconstruction (IP7591). Construct in accordance with the additional requirements and the project: KP underground cable line 2.63 km, BLL overhead line 3.26 km, installation of a compact substation – 2 units, dismantling of the KP overhead line – 2.58 km. Deadline for carrying out the work: 30.07.2027. NB! Pay attention to the procurement description file and the table of work volumes! Acceptance/recording (signing-off) of the work carried out under the contract is permitted from the beginning of 2027 unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. The compact substations (available in Tristock’s warehouse in Keila), distribution transformer, meters, 3x120 KP underground cable and BLL-99 covered wire (the exact delivery time of the cables is unknown, but presumably January 2027) are procured by Elektrilevi; the remaining materials are procured by the supplier. The transport of the equipment and materials procured by the contracting authority, and the related costs from the contracting authority’s supply partner to the site, belong to the scope of work of the bidder/supplier.…
