TENDER DESCRIPTION

Due to the expiry of the current agreement, the Municipality of Voorst, through an open European procedure, awards a new SaaS-ICT solution for Civic Affairs. The assignment includes the delivery, implementation and use of an integrated SaaS solution, including data conversion, integrations, technical management, maintenance and support. The municipality enters into one agreement with one contractor, who acts as the central point of contact throughout the entire term. The agreement has an initial term of five years and may be extended five times by two years, up to a maximum of fifteen years. The intended start date is no later than 15 February 2027. The award is made on the basis of the best price-quality ratio, where price accounts for 20% and quality for 80%.
