TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is to provide, for a term of 48 (forty-eight) months, the possibility for electronic ticketing of passengers in public transport operated by the Contracting Authority. This possibility is ensured through analysis, implementation, commissioning and provision under the "software as a service" (SaaS) model, for a monthly subscription fee, of an end-to-end solution based on passenger profiles — a combination of a central platform for managing passenger profiles, products and fares, sales and customer service channels, an onboard environment for validation and control, and the related operational services. The subject of the procurement is carried out through the following main activities: Activity 1. Business analysis — analysis of the current processes (sales, validation, fares, reporting), of the stakeholders and of the availability of data, and preparation of a Business Analysis Report, the approval of which is a condition for the configuration of the Solution under Activity 2; Activity 2.
