TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is to provide, for a period of 48 (forty-eight) months, an opportunity for electronic ticketing of passengers in public transport operated by the Contracting Authority. This opportunity is ensured by analysis, implementation, introduction into operation and provision under the “software as a service” (SaaS) model, against a monthly subscription fee, of a comprehensive solution based on passenger profiles—a set including a central platform for management of passenger profiles, products and fares, sales and service channels, an onboard environment for validation and control, and the related operational services. The subject of the procurement shall be carried out through the following main activities: Activity 1. Business analysis—analysis of the current processes (sales, validation, fares, reporting), of the stakeholders, and of the availability of data, and preparation of a Business Analysis Report, the approval of which is a condition for the configuration of the Decision under Activity 2; Activity 2.
