TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender seeks comprehensive public opinion survey services for the Competition Council, encompassing surveys of the general public, businesses, law firms, public entities, associations, and clients of the Competition Council, with minimum sample sizes varying by audience. The scope of work includes methodology and instrument development, questionnaire programming, fieldwork execution using Computer Assisted Web Interviewing (CAWI) and/or Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) methods, data collection, processing, and detailed analysis. Key deliverables involve preparing data arrays in SPSS or Excel, analytical reports and data tables in Excel and/or PDF format, and a final presentation of results and conclusions on November 12, 2026, in Riga.
