TENDER DESCRIPTION

The castle park is a regionally significant manor park in the landscape style. The northern park area, characterized by a (currently not visible) large lawn roundabout with a circular path and framing planting, is also referred to as the courtyard side or castle forecourt. Between the castle and the orangery is the passage to the park section south of the castle with the centrally located castle pond, the castle-adjacent area ("Pleasureground"), and the area south of the castle pond. This park section is bordered to the main road and to the south by a listed rubble stone wall. A mill race diverted from the Schwarzwasser forms the western boundary of the manor grounds. On the eastern side, the site is bordered by utility buildings, from north to south these are the feed barn, orangery, and residential home, as well as the park wall.
