TENDER DESCRIPTION

The castle park is a regionally significant manor park in the landscape style. The northern park area, characterized by a (currently not visible) large lawn rondel with a surrounding path and framing planting, is also referred to as the courtyard side or castle forecourt. Between the castle and the orangery is the passage to the park part located south of the castle with the centrally located castle pond, the castle-adjacent area ("Pleasureground"), and the area south of the castle pond. This park part is bordered by a listed rubble stone wall towards the main road and to the south. A mill race derived from the Schwarzwasser river forms the western boundary of the manor estate. On the eastern side, the site is bounded by farm buildings, from north to south these are the fodder barn, orangery, and residential building, as well as the park wall.
