TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Free State of Saxony awards, within the framework of a restricted procedure according to § 3a EU (1) in conjunction with § 3b EU VOB/A, the shell construction works for the erection of two supplementary buildings of the existing "Saxon State Parliament" as special buildings. The following essential services are to be provided. 1. Building section "Cubus" in the courtyard of the existing building structure - Tower-like new construction with two underground floors and 5 upper floors - Predominantly public use with a large, two-storey hearing room on the 1st upper floor and adjacent meeting rooms above, which can be partitioned as needed - Difficulties in performing all services due to location in the courtyard, without larger storage possibilities - Exterior wall construction as a three-shell concrete construction with core insulation, exterior wall surfaces in exposed concrete class 4, total building height up to 24.50 m, construction in several concreting sections - Interior wall surfaces in corridors and staircases in exposed concrete class 3 - Fine excavation / subgrade approx. 360 m³ - Exterior walls of basement floors as watertight concrete construction with external…
