TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Free State of Saxony is awarding, as part of a restricted procedure according to § 3a EU (1) in conjunction with § 3b EU VOB/A, the shell construction works for the erection of two supplementary buildings of the existing "Saxon State Parliament" as special buildings. The following essential services are to be provided. 1. Building section "Cube" in the courtyard of the existing building structure - Tower-like new building with two underground floors and 5 above-ground floors - Mainly public use with a large, two-story hearing room on the 1st floor and above it meeting rooms, which can be divided if necessary - Difficulties in performing all tasks due to location in the courtyard, without larger storage possibilities - Exterior wall construction as a three-shell concrete structure with core insulation, exterior wall surfaces in fair-faced concrete class 4, total building height up to 24.50 m, execution in several concreting sections - Interior wall surfaces in corridors and staircases in fair-faced concrete class 3 - Fine excavation / base approx. 360 m3 - Exterior walls of basement floors as waterproof concrete (WU) structure with externally applied fresh concrete bonding…
