TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the Fraunhofer Institutes ISI and IOSB in Karlsruhe, a new institute building is to be constructed as part of a funding measure in accordance with RZBau, at Fraunhoferstraße 1 in 76131 Karlsruhe. The new building is a workplace for 430 employees as well as around 150 student assistant staff. For this purpose, approximately 7,145 m² of usable floor area NF 1-6, consisting of office, conference, seminar and workshop areas, a data center, and a large kitchen including ancillary rooms and a dining room with the corresponding infrastructure, is required. For the office areas (approx. 5,300 m² NF), a new room concept (NEW WORK) is to be implemented, which also enables medium-term growth. As part of the construction work, the newly installed fire extinguishing systems are to be inspected by experts.
