TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation aims to set up an SAD in order to award specific contracts whose purpose is to: • provide a regional or sub-regional maintenance service comprising maintenance and preventive and corrective maintenance services, release of trapped persons and remote alarm monitoring for hydraulic and electric lifts, patient lifts, goods lifts, lifts for persons with disabilities and elevators/platforms for persons with reduced mobility (EPMR), dumbwaiters, document lifts, lifting tables/lifts/dock levelers, escalators and moving walkways, and any device providing automatic vertical or horizontal transport of persons and/or loads, generically referred to as “devices or lifts” for the purposes of the procedure, of any brand and with the associated services; • meet the needs of the Contracting Authorities, as defined in these consultation rules, in particular by using a separate contract where the offer resulting from the Resah framework agreement for identical services does not allow their specific situation to be met satisfactorily, this framework agreement, at the date of implementation of this SAD, being identified under number 2025-R025.
