TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the procurement is a total of fifteen (15) three-phase 20 kV oil-insulated reactive power compensation reactors to be supplied to the substations of Savon Voima Verkko Oy in the years 2027–2029. The rated power of the reactors is 2–5 MVAr. Some of the reactors are equipped with an intermediate tap switch or a tapped winding switch used under load. The rated powers per reactor, control types, control ranges, minimum step quantities, delivery locations and delivery times are presented in Appendix 1 to the tender request. The procurement includes: design and manufacture of the reactors reactors with the necessary oils, equipment, protection devices and secondary equipment cabinets factory acceptance tests for the reactors, i.e. FAT tests transport of the reactors from the supplier’s factory to the delivery sites indicated by the contracting authority insurance-, import, customs, freight and other delivery costs related to transport drawings, calculations, operating and maintenance instructions, test reports and other technical documents required for the structure of the reactors, basic design, operation and maintenance, as well as other deliveries, tasks and…
