TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is a total of fifteen (15) three-phase 20 kV oil-insulated reactive power compensation reactors to be delivered to Savon Voima Verkko Oy’s substations in the years 2027–2029. The rated power of the reactors is 2–5 MVAr. Some of the reactors are equipped with an intermediate tap switch or a load-impulse-worn winding switch. The rated power per reactor, control types, control ranges, minimum step numbers, delivery locations and delivery dates are set out in Appendix 1 of the request for tender. The procurement includes: - design and manufacture of the reactors - the reactors with the required oil, accessories, protective equipment and secondary equipment cabinets - the factory acceptance tests for the reactors, i.e. FAT tests, - transportation of the reactors from the supplier’s factory to the delivery locations indicated by the contracting authority - insurance, import, customs, freight and other delivery costs related to the transportation - drawings, calculations, operating and maintenance instructions, test records and other technical documents required for the construction, foundation design, operation and maintenance of the reactors, as well…
