TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of the electricity sales contract for the Forssa city group (including Forssa city, Forssa Water Utility, Faktia Oy, Forssa Apartments Oy, Forssa Business Development Oy, Loimijoki Municipal Services Oy, and Southwest Häme Education Consortium), which results in agreeing on the electricity seller's margins and contract terms. Electric energy will be invoiced monthly, and its price consists of the electricity seller's margins, quarter-hour spot delivery, and the clarification of power-based price fixes made to reduce price risk. Additionally, the volume fees for Fingrid's imbalance service production and consumption, as well as Datahub's site-specific fees, will be passed through according to the price lists in force during their delivery periods.
