Competitive tendering for the electricity retail supply agreement of the Liedon kaupunki group (including Liedon kaupunki, Asunto Oy Liedon Junninpiha, Liedon Asunnot Oy, Liedon Lämpö Oy, Liedon Sote-kiinteistöt Oy and Liedon kaupunkikiinteistöt Oy), as a result of which the electricity retailer’s margins and contract terms and conditions are agreed. The electricity energy is invoiced monthly, and its price consists of the electricity retailer’s margins, the VarttiSPOT delivery, and the clarification of the hedging-based price fixations made in order to reduce price risk. In addition, the production and consumption volume fee of Fingrid’s balancing service is passed through, as well as the Datahub location-specific fees in accordance with the price lists in force at the time during their delivery period.
