Procurement/tendering of an electricity sales contract for the City of Lieto group (including the City of Lieto, Asunto Oy Liedon Junninpiha, Liedon Asunnot Oy, Liedon Lämpö Oy, Liedon Sote-kiinteistöt Oy and Liedon kaupunkikiinteistöt Oy), as a result of which the electricity supplier’s margins and contract terms and conditions are agreed. The electricity is billed monthly, and its price is formed from the electricity supplier’s margins, the delivery of the varttispot and a statement of the fixed-price arrangements based on capacity made to reduce the price risk. In addition, the production and consumption volume charge of Fingrid’s balancing services and the location-specific charges of the Datahub are billed as pass-through charges in accordance with the price lists in force from time to time during their delivery period.
