TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is an electronic form system to be acquired for the North Karelia Wellbeing Services County (Pohjois-Karjalan hyvinvointialue) as a SaaS service. With the system, it is possible to implement, publish and manage electronic service request forms as well as internal and administrative forms. The system includes workflows related to the processing and approval of forms, processing queues and stages that support decision-making. Siun sote provides social welfare and healthcare services for approximately 170,000 residents in the North Karelia region and employs approximately 8,000 staff members. The system is used both by Siun sote employees and by persons submitting requests and cooperation partners. The aim of the procurement is to move from paper-based and email-based procedures to managed, information-secure and integrated electronic form processes on a broader scale than at present, and to improve the findability, processability and lifecycle management of information.
