TENDER DESCRIPTION

Tampereen Kaupunkiliikenne Oy requests, on the basis of an open procurement procedure, tenders for twenty-two (22) new electric articulated buses in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices, including also the tender price for the maintenance contract for the vehicles for the term of the contract (option service 10+5 years) in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices. The contracting authority is not obliged to accept the tender with regard to the maintenance contract, but the contracting authority may procure the offered vehicles from the selected future contract supplier also without a maintenance contract. As an option procurement, two (2) additional vehicles, the acquisition of which will be decided by 28.2.2027, and as a second option ten (10) additional vehicles, the acquisition of which will be decided by 31.12.2033. Operation with the vehicles will commence as of 7.8.2028 or in accordance with a later date notified by the traffic service customer.
