TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Jyväskylä (Property Services, a municipal enterprise, and all divisions), Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences Ltd (JAMK), Kiinteistö Oy Tikkakosken Terveysasema, and Kiinteistö Oy Jyväskylän Lääkäritalo form a procurement consortium and will tender the Electrical design assignments in accordance with the request for tenders and its appendices for the period 2027 and 2028, with options for the years 2029 and 2030. 4 (four) contracting partners will be selected. The estimated value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 800,000. The maximum value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 1,000,000. The maximum value includes a provision for procurement needs that are difficult to assess in advance during the contract period, the scope of which cannot be reliably assessed when the procurement is initiated.
