The City of Jyväskylä (Property Services Corporation and all sectors), Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences Ltd (JAMK), Kiinteistö Oy Tikkakosken Terveysasema, Kiinteistö Oy Jyväskylän Lääkäritalo form a procurement consortium and tender the Electrical Design assignments in accordance with the call for tenders for the framework arrangement and its appendices for the period 2027 and 2028, as well as options for the years 2029 and 2030. 4 (four) contracting parties are selected. The estimated value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 800,000. The maximum value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 1,000,000. The maximum value includes a provision for procurement needs that are, in advance, difficult to assess during the contract period and whose scope cannot be assessed reliably when initiating the procurement. The maximum value does not describe the contracting authority’s commitment to the procurement quantity, but rather the highest possible value of the procurement during the contract period.
