TENDER DESCRIPTION

We request your tender for electrical equipment for use by Tampereen Infra Oy in accordance with the tender documents. The products included in the procurement are set out in the tender form (Appendix 3). Partial tenders are not permitted, i.e. the bidder must offer all the products requested in the tender form. Parallel and alternative tenders are prohibited. The procurement is a supply contract exceeding the EU threshold. The estimated total value of the procurement is approximately EUR 800,000 (VAT 0%). The procurement procedure is an open procedure in accordance with Section 32 of the Procurement Act. The procurement involves concluding a framework agreement and establishing a framework arrangement with multiple suppliers. A maximum of two (2) suppliers will be selected for the framework agreement. In preparing the procurement, an open market dialogue has been carried out, for which a market consultation notice was published in Hilma (Hilma notice number: 2026-053741). Participation in the market dialogue is not a requirement for participation in the tender competition and does not affect the bidder’s position in the tender competition.
