TENDER DESCRIPTION

We request your tender for electrical equipment for use by Tampereen Infra Oy in accordance with the tender documents. The products included in the procurement are set out on the tender form (Appendix 3). Partial tenders are not permitted, i.e. the tenderer must tender for all products requested in the tender form. Parallel and alternative tenders are prohibited. The procurement is a supply contract exceeding the EU threshold. The estimated total value of the procurement is approximately EUR 800,000 (VAT 0%). The procurement procedure is an open procedure in accordance with Section 32 of the Procurement Act. The procurement involves entering into a framework agreement and a framework arrangement with multiple suppliers. Up to two (2) suppliers will be selected for the framework arrangement. In preparing the procurement, an open market consultation has been carried out, from which a market consultation notice was published in Hilma (Hilma notice number: 2026-053741). Participation in the market consultation is not a requirement for participating in the tender competition and does not affect the tenderer’s position in the tender competition.
